About Us
The Interactive Learning Diary was developed from the passion and spirit of a team
of driven specialists. It was actually born out of necessity to assist a family
member who loved teaching children but found the administration was consuming more
of her time and she was spending less time interacting and engaged with her class.
So...after almost 12 months of lots of long days and late nights, the ILD was launched
and trialled in Early Years settings and Schools around the UK. Numerous individuals
in the education sector made important contributions to the ILD with suggested and
requested additional functionality and we built this in with their help. For everyone
out there who helped us build this unique software, thank you.
What makes us so different? Well..... The ILD team is made up of a unique blend
of educational specialists and IT experts with a strong creative and innovative
mindset. All driven with the same passion as you have, to ensure children’s learning
experiences are observed, assessed and recorded throughout their education, professionally.
